The fine views of the lake immediately capture your attention as you enter your spacious room, complete with a large terrace. Breakfast offerings impress with a variety suitable for all diets. Unfortunately, charges for the pool and Wi-Fi add frustration, decreasing the overall experience. Guest services need pacing improvements, particularly during busy breakfast hours.

The location is best possible and top, 5 minutes' walk to Palais Lumiere. A deluxe king room has basic facilities you need. Efficient service and the food is savoury. We can't wait to go back: )

Great views of the lake. Excellent restaurant with modern French cuisine. Choose an executive room if you can.
The free access spa area is too small for the size of the hotel, therefore a little too crowded

The hotel was well located, staff were attentive and helpful and the Riva restaurant provided a pleasant setting for an evening meal, albeit it should be marketted better to attract more guests to eat there....
